What Saela is

Everything, in context.

Saela reads your biology, your shifts and symptoms, and the shape of your actual day, all at once. It learns the patterns particular to you, not patterns averaged across other women. The picture you get back is one you can act on.

This is what context means at Saela. Context for your energy. Context for your sleep. Context for the conversation you're about to have with your doctor. The breadth is the product. The breadth is how a day starts to make sense.

Tracker apps tell you when, via dates.

Wearables and test kits tell you what, via biometrics and scoring.

Saela makes your when and what understandable, so you know why and what to do about it.

Who Saela is for

Women across life stages navigating unexplainable shifts.

28 – 38

The overachiever

"I am doing everything right and I still feel terrible. Why?"

You have optimized your career, your schedule, your supplements, your trackers. None of it has solved the exhaustion underneath. Saela reads what your body has been trying to say.

30 – 40

The new mother

"I don't recognize myself. Everyone says this is normal. It doesn't feel normal."

Your body, your mood, your sleep have shifted. The advice has been heavy and the understanding has been thin. Saela reads the whole woman in front of it, not a postpartum checklist.

38 – 52

The perimenopausal woman

"I thought I was losing my mind. Then I realized no one had told me this was coming."

Your cycle, your sleep, your focus are changing. The information available has been thin or sold to you as a supplement bundle. Saela gives you clinical clarity you can act on today.

Maggie Lusk, Founder of Saela
Founder

Built by a woman who was tired of being told she was fine.

Maggie Lusk founded Saela. She did not set out to build a company. After years of navigating hormonal health challenges in environments that offered little context and limited understanding, she built the first version of Saela for herself. She found that personalized, adaptive intelligence was the layer she had been missing.

What Saela does today is what she needed then. The app interprets a woman's physical and cognitive shifts against her unique biology and lifestyle. It explains why she feels the way she does, and what to do about it. Health and chat data stay private and anonymous, used only in service of the woman they belong to.

"Context is freedom."
